Delivery Details

The specific shipping times and estimated delivery times are noted on the product page for each scooter.  Shipping details are also provided in the Shipping information section.

Travel scooters will arrive via UPS or DHL, and will be left at your home.  No delivery signature is required.  If there is any damage to the packaging, please inspect your scooter immediately.  If there is damage to the scooter, please call us immediatley AND save the packaging.  It is always helpful when you can take pictures of the packaging.  We will coordinate repair or replacement of your scooter.

For freight deliveries, the local freight company will call you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time for you. Please note that the free ground freight deliveries do NOT include bringing the unit into a house or garage.  If your home is difficult for a truck to reach, the freight company may be limited to deliverying the scooter to the curb.  If there is any minor damage to the packaging, please note the damage on the paper you are asked to sign.  if the damage seems extensive, or you can see that the scooter has been damaged, please call us immediately, and do not sign for the package.

All scooters are delivered nearly fully-assembled. Just connect the batteries, add the seat (pops into place…no tools required), and install the front basket and any other accessories. 99% of the time, there are no tools required. At most, for some larger scooters, you may want a wrench to tighten the battery connections.
