Standard ground shipping is free for all orders at Scooter.com! 

Travel Scooters:

·      All travel scooters will leave the warehouse in 1 business day via DHL or UPS, and will arrive at the delivery destination in 4-5 business days. 

Full-Size Scooters:

·      Drive and Invacare mid and full-size scooters will leave the warehouse in 1-3 business days and arrive in 6-8 business days.

·      Pride and Golden Tech mid and full-size scooters, and all Pacesaver scooters will leave the warehouse in 3-5 business days and arrive in 7-10 business days.

·      Any scooter with a custom seat size, power-elevated seat lift or factory-added lighting package option will leave the warehouse in approximately 10 business days.

Expedited shipping options:

Expedited shipping (overnight and second day) is available on many travel scooters for an additional fee.  If expedited shipping is available, it is noted on the product detail page for each scooter.  Expedited shipping is not available for full-sized scooters because they ship via ground freight, and you can only drive so fast across the country!

Shipping Restrictions

Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines.

1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses
3. We can ship scooters to Alaska and Hawaii for a fee of $250.  Shipping fees will be automatically added to your order during the checkout process.
